SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At E-Lo Apparel, many of our products are created for teams, schools, and athletic programs and are delivered in person rather than shipped individually. Please review the information below before purchasing.

1. Delivery Method (In-Person Delivery)

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, E-Lo Apparel products are delivered in person at a scheduled team practice, training session, competition, or other designated event.

• Delivery location and timing are coordinated with the team, coach, school, or organization.

• Customers will be notified in advance when and where items will be distributed.

• Individual shipping to home addresses is not guaranteed unless explicitly offered at checkout.

Once products are delivered at the designated event, they are considered fulfilled.

2. Order Confirmation & Proof of Delivery

Orders are considered delivered when:

• The product is distributed at the designated practice or event, or

• The product is made available for pickup at the agreed-upon location

If you are unable to attend the scheduled delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative pickup, if available.

3. Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Policy)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
